Civil Sites
Liberty Industrial Park – Henry County, Georgia
LandAir Surveying performed boundary and topographic surveying, Global Positioning System field control, and ALTA/ACSM Land Title surveying, for this 2,500,000 SF industrial park located on 76 acres, south of metro Atlanta.
Cracker Barrel Sites – Georgia and Florida
LandAir Surveying provided boundary and topographic surveying of three sites in Georgia and Florida, as well as tree location, staking, and locating underground utilities. We worked with City and County authorities to obtain the requirements and procedures to develop a plat that would be recorded at the County and satisfy the City so that a building permit could be obtained. We drafted the plat to City requirements and obtained approvals and signatures from the City, and then recorded the plat at the courthouses.
